HOUSTON—Sep. 28, 2023 – Mako Lift, LLC announced the strategic acquisition of Mandrels, Inc., a global provider and manufacturer of conventional gas lift mandrels, chemical injection equipment, and specialty coatings.
Mako Lift’s exclusive range of gas lift valve technologies and service capabilities combined with Mandrels’ proficiency in manufacturing and coating of gas lift mandrels, positions the organization to provide a comprehensive and innovative service portfolio to customers. Jennifer Hiett, who has spearheaded Mandrels, Inc. for the past decade, will continue to lead Mandrels post-close.
